Please DO NOT apply to the job before reading the complete job description We are currently seeking experienced Software programmers having skill-set in Dot Net development technologies. An ideal candidate must be capable of demonstrating excellent technical skills along with good sense of programming logic. The candidate must be a good team player as well as able to perform solo when situation demands for it. The candidate must be able to demonstrate his solid technical knowledge and practical working skills during interview and personal assessment. The Interview will be thorough and detailed and the candidate will be assessed and evaluated about different aspects of his personality - technical and otherwise. Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours. - The candidate is required to have clear and precise knowledge of .NET framework up to version 3.5.
- Knowledge of Framework 4.0 features is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be comfortable using 3rd party custom controls like Infragistics and DevExpress.
- Must have strong understanding of ADO.Net working.
- Must be able to work with MS SQL Server for basic CRUD operations, creating stored procedures etc.
- Must have clear concept of 2-tier and 3-tier architecture.
- Knowledge of famous APIs like eBay, Paypal, Authorize.Net is very desirable but not a must.
- Capability to understand and design a system from scratch is desirable.
- Keen sense of learning is very essential.
- Must be working with VB.Net already or should be comfortable switching to VB.Net from C#.
- Good working knowledge of HTML, Javascript and CSS is essential.
- jQuery knowledge is a Plus.
