An ideal candidate must be capable of demonstrating excellent technical skills along with good sense of programming logic. The candidate must be an excellent team player as well as able to perform solo when situation demands for it. The candidate must be able to demonstrate his solid technical knowledge and practical working skills during interview and personal assessment. The Interview will be thorough and detailed and the candidate will be assessed and evaluated about different aspects of his personality technical and otherwise. - The candidate is required to have clear understanding of PHP development.
- Must be able to create/configure in WordPress.
- Basic designing skills and familiarity with Photoshop operations is essential.
- Should have great understanding of available WordPress plugins and their usage.
- Must be able to implement layered programming structure wherever applicable.
- WordPress Plugin development is an essential skill.
- Working knowledge of MySQL is a must.
- Must have great skills with HTML & CSS.
- Must have working abilities with JavaScript and jQuery.
- jQuery plugins development knowledge is NOT required.
- Experience with other Open source frameworks like Joomla, OS Commerce & Magento etc will be a big plus.
