- Research and development of open source VoIP (and other) systems.
- VoIP QOS and scaling Solutions.
- Optimization, security enhancement and customization of open source systems.

| Skills Required: |

1. Linux, Open source(and/or commercial) VoIP systems, VoIP protocols, VoIP trouble shooting, System administration.
2. Research and development skills on Open source systems.
3. Knowledge of C/Perl/Python will be plus.
4. BS/MS in IT/Computer Science/Telecom from HEC Recognized University.
5. At least 1 year experience in operations and development of major projects.
