Job Responsibilities
• Filling daily plant status reports and relay all activities that occurred.
• Preventing and maintaining, repairing electrical and mechanical systems.
• Coordinating all activities or changes in plant status with operations
manager.
• Working with DC-Drives, Inverters, PLC Burner Controllers and Electronics
Card repairing along with practical experience of Troubleshooting and
repairing of Electronic Control Panels.
• Taking quick corrective action on spot decision during emergency to
remove the abnormalities or faults.
• Following preset operational schedules to fulfill the planned availability
production targets safely and efficiently.
• Working on different types of Thermocouples, RTDs and other temperature
sensing devices.
• Ensuring fault detection, modification and parameterization related to drives
(OMRON, Siemens, Puma, Sinus, Mitsubishi, etc.), instrumentation and
control, temperature controllers and flow meters.
• Calibrating instruments affecting quality of product i.e. Servo Motors, PID
Controllers, Temperature Controllers, Pressure Transmitters, Speed Meters, Meter Counters, Actuator, Control valves, Thermal Sensors, Mechanical and Optical Sensors.
Skills
• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5-7 years of industrial work experience
• Knowledge and experience working with Electrical Schematic Drawings
• Experience with installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and
parameterization of PLC systems, Variable frequency and DC drives
• Experience calibrating various field instruments for temperature, pressure
and loop testing
