• Sell company's products through channel network and to achieve sales and collection targets.
• Ensure that an effective customer service function is in operation to satisfy customer complaints and take feedback.
• Determine annual and gross-profit reports by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
• Increase width and depth of distribution by increasing reach and adding more dealers / distributors to our network.
• Achieve targeted top-line and bottom line business objectives, through sales planning, market promotion and operational budgets.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Skills & Qualification
- Bachelors in Marketing and or Management
- 5 -7 years of Experience in Sales Management
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
- Extensive experience in all aspects of supplier relationship management
- Strong Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive Experience with ability to think "out-of-the-box" and develop creative solutions
- Proven track record in managing and directing highly skilled motivated successful and results-orientated sales force.
