To ensure implementation of organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives through monitoring and updating Management about all over business activities.
1. Monthly consolidation, review and reconciliation of technical and financial data and suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
2. Evaluate Project viability by preparing Project Feasibilities considering all internal and external/controllable and uncontrollable factors.
3. Conducts effective progress evaluations in a timely manner by assessing /evaluating reports from corresponding departments.
4. Update Management about different business activities through findings and reports.
5. Responsible for controlling and monitoring Marketing Activities.
6. Assist management & concern executives in preparation of Business plans, strategies & marketing plan etc.
7. Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
8. Assist in the development of executive, sales, operations, and branch financial closing/reports.
9. Interact with Senior Management on all matters pertinent to internal financial reporting.
10. Preparation of Management & Board Meetings material.
