The candidate should speak fluent English (American Accent) and responsible for taking/making calls to customers based in USA. Experience in the call center/customer support industry is required.
Customer support representatives provide telephone and on-line assistance to our clients. Duties include:
- Handling telephone inquiries
- Calling international clients
- Answering on-line questions
- Managing CRM application
Also the candidate must have the following:
1. American accent.
2. Should be able to speak English fluently with full confidence.
3. Must have International Call Center Experience
