Right on the heels of the mandate, we shipped our KeepTruckin ELD, the simplest and most affordable ELD on the market. Now it's time to scale up our continued product development and sales process.As a Lead Salesforce Developer, you will have an opportunity to manage Salesforce development team and develop the tools and processes that will help our sales and marketing team scale. We are looking for candidates who have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce development and administration, experience in managing and leading a team and who are natural team players.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and lead a Salesforce development team
- Work closely with the distributed Sales ops team to automate various sales, marketing, and support processes
- Architect internal tools to streamline the Sales/Support process
- Administer Salesforce reports and dashboards to monitor Sales and Support teams' activity
- Manage third-party services for Sales, Support and Marketing, like Pardot, RingDNA, and Mixpanel
IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
- 2+ years experience in Salesforce development
- 1+ year experience in team management
- Adequate knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Javascript development
- Experience in administrating Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, queues, standard & custom objects, etc
- Experience in developing and maintaining custom reports and dashboards
- Salesforce Certification is a plus!
