Main Purpose

  • Responsible for conceptualizing, visualizing and executing creative marketing concepts across all media outlets including print, electronic, digital and outdoor and handle merchandizing and printing and outdoor shoots

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop outstanding but practical concepts for marketing campaigns

  • Marketing visits ( Product /Competition updates )

Marketing Campaigns

Ideas: Develop strategies and ideas for marketing individual products and entire product ranges. The ideas must be improvised in accordance with the product briefs for creative set by combining brand ideology and product USPs

Execution: Ensure the ideas are practical and resonate with the target audience. Also, ensure that execution is done as per the plan and, identify and rectify deviations (if any).

POS: Visualize and supervise the designs for all POS material including posters, leaflets, booklets, brochures etc and make sure that the POS is executed as per plan, and on time.

Branding: Overview the entire execution of branding and the placements making sure the brand identity is not compromised on any ends, be it the visual graphics or the material quality.

BTL: must be able to develop, communicate, and further execute strong and innovative concepts for brand activation, involving direct interaction with consumers.

Digital Media: Must be able to assess digital media presence of the brand and improvise the core marketing ideas to fit to the digital audience. Should also be able to devise exclusive content to go on the digital media and also be able to analyze and overview the digital media plans and implementation and the lag between ‘as planned’ and ‘as executed’

Production

  • Must be able to manage product shoots on time and within budget
  • Make sure that the shoots don’t compromise the brand values on any ends.
  • Also ensure that the post-production is completed in time to meet the broadcasting deadlines and their duration fits the media plan accordingly.

Printing & Merchandising

  • Handle the printing of all POS, Billboard skins and merchandising elements on time and in budget.
  • Must be able to identify visual (color & graphic) variations in printed material and approved material.
  • Must also responsibly overlook the distribution of merchandize among business partners and employees (when required)
  • Must select brand merchandize options reviewing both quality and cost in accordance with the brand image

Client Culture

  • Develop strong relations with business partners and vendors responsible for printingo POS, skins etc, vendors for execution of creative, agencies for media buying, digital agencies working on web content and all other business partners.
  • Develop long lasting and formal relations with business partners and vendors to maintain the quality of brand and build an ever improving corporate and ethical repute of the company.

Corporate Events

  • Must be able to organize press conferences, press launch, exhibitions and expos for the brand, achieving goals in tight deadlines and ensuring maximum deliverance.
  • Must also be able to represent the company/brand at other corporate gatherings and efficiently build up corporate relations to be further utilized in business

Mentoring& Brainstorming

  • Mentor and train junior staff in project management
  • Organize and initiate brainstorming sessions periodically for better understanding of brand strategies and mobilizing team for their input in all marketing plans.

Key Skills

  • Should have strong hold over concept, prototyping, storyboarding & technical skills
  • Should have good knowledge of design tools including Mac OS, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Should also have good knowledge of the industry and must be able to analyze strategies of competitive brands
  • Should be able to prioritize multiple tasking in tight deadlines
  • Should have excellent communication and presentation skills
