An excellent opportunity to work for a reputable Electronic organization in a role for a Marketing Communication Executive to ensure the direct marketing communication, do research & develop content for company newsletter , create marketing and promotional materials accurately and on time.
Qualification & Experience:Graduate with preferably 1 – 2 years of experience
Responsibilities:
External Communications:
· Create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic.
· Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, social media content and speaking proposals.
· Responsible for coordinating the communications output within a company.
· Coordinate conference, trade shows, and press interviews.
· Customer liaison and responding to customer enquiries on Facebook and other platforms that require verbal communication
· Writing, editing and proof reading copy for projects based on the material designed
· Writing product descriptions, brand support material and newspaper supplements
· Proof reading, editing and writing content on a regular basis for building up the website including informative short articles.
· Regularly update the LinkedIn profile of the company.
Internal Communications:
· Responsible for internal communications content that is delivered within the organization, including reminders, memos, executive emails, sponsorships, marketing material, and job descriptions.
· Provide knowledge, support and expertise in audio/visual presentations for staff
· Write and edit copy (ranging from news reports and features to interviews and letter text) for various publications and materials (both print and online), including company newsletter/ LinkedIn profile
· To provide a communications plan for each event detailing target audience and plans for reaching them
The candidate must:-
· Experience in creative writing/editing role.
· Strong writing/editing/proofreading skills and an excellent portfolio.
· Hands on experience with MS Office and InDesign, Photoshop or other publishing tools.
· Excellent written skills in English.
· Prioritizing and multitasking.
· Experience with Home appliances industry will be an added advantage.
· An effective writing style that is fresh, consistent and customer friendly. A knack for editing and proof reading with good research skills.
· Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences.
· Ability to write content related to press release, handling damage control and Brand building.
