|
- Preparing dishes according to the order given by the customer
- Working under the guidance of the head chef
- Helping create new dishes exclusively for the restaurant they work in
- Managing the other restaurant staff
- Making stock reports for the kitchen
- Checking the daily groceries that come in
- Preparing them before the restaurant opens for business
- Maintaining the hygiene of the kitchen according to the health inspectors standard
- Training the new staff
- Coordinate different shifts of the employees
- Promote the restaurant through good food and great customer service
