- Managing Office Automation for MD's Office (Oganizing and Maintaining Files/Records)
- Scheduling/Arranging Important Meetings, Conferences, Appointments as per requirement
- Recording and disseminating minutes of meeting
- Communicating Instructions and Coordinating with Department Heads
- Preparing, editing local/international correspondence, reports, presentations
- Coordinating with MD for his Travel Schedule, (Room Reservation/Air Tickets etc.)
