As a Kitchen Manager, your duties would include :
1. Responsible for Kitchen Department Operations
2. Planning menus and prepare food demand
3. Check quality of raw material issue form store
4. Monitor food preparation at different stages.
5. Ensure every item cooked is well prepared by demand and equipped with necessary items.
6. Meet customers during prime time operations in case of any querry or complaint and ensure its timely closure.
7. Maintain good hygiene practice
8. Conduct training need analysis and arrange trainings accordingly.
9. Organise staff duty roaster
