Job Description:
Overall supervision of the Support department.
•Update policies and procedures and ensure their implementation. Frame agreement with sub contractors suppliers and implementation.
•Procurement Process of material, tools, stationary items, test equipment.
•Repair and maintenance of technical items and technical equipment.
•Maintenance of office related equipment. Transport, rental invoices, utility bills, traveling with all relevant complete documentation, liaison with suppliers.
•Arranging of mess, tea bar facility.
•Security of office premises.
•To ensure strict control over telephones fax machine.
