Job Description:

Day to day factory affairs, including administration, workforce management, public relations, interdepartmental coordination, security, housekeeping, asset management and dealing with government agencies.

Salary Preparation, Attendance, Short Leaves, Overtime etc

Managing staff/workload to ensure critical deadlines & expectations are met, communicate to provide feedback and also to keep staff in the loop on a variety of issues that affect them and their workload on a day-to-day basis.

Organize to coordinate and manage multiple tasks.

 
Skills Required:
 
The candidate must hold at least a Bachelor degree with at least 4 years working experience in a reputable manufacturing concern.
Experience in ERP will be given preference.
