This is a position for Test Automation Engineer who will be working in a dynamic work environment. You will be required to work on different automation tools and ongoing projects. Strong programming skills are required for this role. Candidate is expected to be quick learner and self initiator. The job will require strong R&D abilities and learning new tools and domains. You should have strong oral and written communication skills in English as the role requires direct client communication and On site consulting. | Skills Required: |
| |
- At least 2 years hands on working experience in Test Automation
- At least 2 years working experience of QTP, and Load Runner (any other tools plus)
- Strong programming concepts and ability to write automation test scripts
-Experience in designing and developing test strategies and test cases for large scale applications
- Expert in Functional and Performance testing using both automation tools and manual techniques
- Expert in Web architecture and technologies
- Strong working knowledge of Linux, Shell scripting, HTML, SQL, Apache, and JavaScript
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required; Master's degree preferred
- Demonstrate excellent creativity and problem-solving skills during test execution. This requires looking at the log files and understanding the problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Understand software QA processes and recommend changes and enhancement in the existing process.
- Create an automation framework for testing the application's multiple backend API's.
PLUS
- Candidates with hands on experience in Financial Sector will be preferred.
- Experience in Security testing is preferred. |
