Job Description:
  • Plan, oversee, develop, manage & control the sales administration.
  • Manage customer relations interface, including distribution and logistics.
  • Ensuring that staff are focused on profitability, growth targets & building the brand equity in support of the business strategic direction.
  • Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology.
  • Lead, manage & direct the Sales administration staff through setting, communicating the department’s objectives and targets.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
  • Oversee the sales management activities including full coverage of sales areas, (local & export) that sales teams are aware of their targets.
