|
OVERALL MISSION Measure and monitor equipment conditions, analyze trends, and identify/propose the needs for maintenance (mechanical, electrical, mobile equipment, instrumentation and civil works), taking into account production constraints. Contribute to the best level of performance of plants equipment. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES - Carry out the scheduled inspection of all plant equipment and initiate requests based on inspection results. In case of anomaly, perform first analysis and define priorities for each action.
- Monitor and co-ordinate condition predictors, for all critical equipment through specific inspections.
- Follow-up and update preventive maintenance schedule.
- Validate and update equipment specification files and history sheets.
- Share with production/process pat-rollers the outcome of inspection.
- Keep in file the information related to the execution of inspection(first level and specific).
- In order to create new job plans:
- Use existing job plans library.
- Evaluate and improve the preventive maintenance job plans from suppliers recommendation.
- Improve/update existing job plans based on experience and equipment history.
- Contribute to the RCA (Root Cause Analysis), recommending corrective actions. Participate to the Reliability committee.
- Propose economic ways to extend the life of plant equipment.
