|
Provide timely, reliable and meaningful analysis and reports on accounting data, KPIs, Capital Challenge Business operations, performance at Site level, monitor expenditures of projects and maintain analysis & data according to Group /BU policies, guidelines and requirements. Additionally responsible for controlling and monitoring Stores inventory. Inventories - Planning, tracking, Verification of PRs and Physical control in co-ordination with the sock owners
- Periodic Stock Checks and their reconciliations
Budgets - Validate requests for Plant Capex.
- Prepare Plant Investment Requests though Tracking Tool (IRT)
- Assist the BU Control Team in preparing feasibility/opportunity studies of large Capex projects
- Make Opportunity studies for Capex Projects
- Keep track over utilization of Capex
- Validate requests for Plant Opex Budgets
- Assist the users in preparation of Opex Budget
- Challenge expenses in the budgets
- Monthly Variance Analysis
Purchase Requests - Validate all Purchase Requests generated at plant
Accounting - Administration of Petty Cash at Plant as per the petty cash policy
- Verification of all the payment going through plant
- Verification of Electricity Bills
- Invoicing to the contractors for services provided
- Challenge Expenses
- Validate all the financial information coming from the plant
Operational Controls - Custodian of all policies at plant
- Develop and implement authorizations procedures
- Coordinate with the users to make SOPs within their departments
- Keep Track over the permits and licenses related to plant
Plant KPIs - Calculation, Monitoring and ensuring consistency in reporting the Plant KPIs
- Co-ordinate with the action plan champions to monitor progress
- Prepare MMP budgets in co-ordination with the Production Team
Stores - Complete Administration of Stores
- Ensure the security of plant inventories
- Define and implement control procedures
- Spare Parts inventory management in coordination with the planning team
Reporting - Daily Production Report (DPR)
- Daily KPI Report
- Weekly Performance Report
- Monthly Manufacturing Plant (MMP)
- Alternate Fuel Report
- Monthly Plant Report
