1. Ensure best suited IT systems are selected and developed that effectively meet functional and organizational objectives. 2. Ensure networking systems run smoothly without disruption. 3. Ensure all IT systems have the optimal security arrangements to ensure controls. 4. Ensure in-house development of approved projects is completed as per specifications and agreed timelines. 5. Provide information and decision criteria to the Management to determine the needs for information to meet the organizations objective 6. Develop IT policy and SOPs maintaining the highest standards of quality management and business effectiveness. 7. Improve cross functional flow of information, reporting and analytics. 8. Maintain and enhance the effectiveness of the IT infrastructure system to meet current and future business needs.
