Job Description:
- To assist in recruitment process, managing interview arrangements, communicating interview results to candidates etc.
- Prepare offer / appointment letters for new on board employees.
- Assist in orientation sessions of newly inducted employees.
- To assist in employee confirmation, resignation acceptance, exit interview, experience certificate, clearance etc.
- Maintaining employee personnel files and keeping track on absenteeism and leave records.
- To assist in managing HR Software.
- Complete review of Benefits policies and procedures, making necessary amendments where required.
