1- Professionalism- This is serious business with a monthly pay. I expect you to be professional.
2- English- No spelling mistakes or grammatical errors. Your writing should flow smoothly, following all the structure rules.
3- High quality writing- Your writing should be credible and factual. I don't just want rehashed content.
4- Laptop+Wireless internet- I live in a country with 14 hours power outage daily. I won't hear excuses such as power outage/internet problem.
5- Commitment- This isn't an on and off job. If you perform well, this is going to be a long term job.
6- Some knowledge about SEO and IM.
