Job Description:
  • Responsible for Invoice Preparation & Submission for all projects of company.
  • Responsible for follow up and timely realization of account receivable to make available working capital for company to invest in projects in pipeline.
  • Involved in preparing Cash Flow (receipt side) & responsible for consolidation of LCC MEA Region Cash Flow on Weekly basis
  • Responsible for Preparing project wise financial Trackers, part of Month End Reporting
  • Responsible for calculation of Revenue for all projects on Monthly Basis
  • Responsible for preparing MR on monthly basis
  • Responsible for record keeping and data entry relating to Invoices & Revenue in Accounting software (Intact)
  • Reviewing Final settlement forms and Leave Encashment forms, made by HR
  • Responsible for tax calculation for Final Settlement forms
  • Others tasks to be assign by HOD
  •
