The Playgroup / Montessori teacher role is a full-time position in which the instructor is expected to be the class teacher for Playgroup or Montessori students (aged 1.5 - 3 years old)
Responsibilities
- Follow the academic curriculum.
- Cater to specific needs of students keeping in mindthe varied intelligence level of students
- Create lesson plans
- Assign and correct homework
- Manage students in the classroom
- Communicate with parents
- Help students prepare for international examinations
- Provide mentorship and guidance both inside and outside the classroom
- Commit to be loyal and contribute as a team player to the institution
Requirements
- Excellent English language skills are critical for this role.
- College degree preferred
- At least 1 year of teaching experience of early childhood education
- Dedicated professional pursuing a career in academics.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in written, oral, grammatical and idiomatic English.
