Job Description:

Providing a safe classroom for students to share ideas and grow intellectually. The classroom must be free of judgment, bias and intolerance.

Facilitating classroom discussions in English. A core competency in English language is required for all of our teachers.

Lesson planning: All teachers will be required to craft lesson plans that cater to the specific needs of their students before the start of the class to deliver an effective lesson.

Substitution: Teachers must be competent in core subject (Mathematics, English and Science) in the event of substituting for an absent teacher.

Collaboration: Teachers must collaborate with the school administrations and parents to follow up on student performance.

Attending professional development sessions to improve and/or polish pedagogical skills.

Department meetings: Teachers must attend all department meetings and contribute to department meetings for subject specific collaboration.
