Audit Executive Job Description (1):
- Planning & Executing Shop Audit
- Reviewing Audit files (stock & cash)
- Reviewing & Reconciling Shop Ledgers (Cash in hand at shops)
- maintain Pendency records at all times in Shop audit files
- pro-active towards audit findings
- Reviewing cash in transit constantly
- Collecting, checking and analyzing spreadsheet data.
- Gather adequate, reliable, related and useful evidence to authenticate audit findings and to maintain the evidence as record.
- Co-ordinate with the staff of the team for smooth implementation of the assignments
- Identifying if and where processes are not working as they should and advising on changes to be made.
- Undertaking reviews of wages & Salaries scrutinize leave & attendance record and personal files to verify regularity and transparency.
- Follow up with the relevant department to ensure that proper records are kept of work done in accordance with the internal audit manual or other established standards.
- Prepare audit report of your respective audit assignment
