Join Logicose as a Human Resources Intern! Must be available to work 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM (Full Time) for an 8-week paid internship. Recent A-Level graduates with an interest in studying HR are encouraged to apply. Remuneration will be 15K per month.
Responsibilities:
- Complete prescreen interviews with new candidates to gather appropriate information in accordance with company policies prior to placement.
- Administer the processing of new candidates information ensuring for completeness.
- Submit job postings to portals and job boards then following up to inquire about interest and qualification.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Complete common administrative tasks on a daily basis.
- Review applications and rate applicants based on search criteria.
- Complete common Human Resource tasks on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- Reliable and immediately available.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and able to adapt easily.
- GREAT communication skills.
