Logicose is looking to hire talented female Sales & Support Executives (Call Center) for our company immediately. Salary is 40-60K depending on experience and skill set.
Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible to provide quality sales and customer support services through inbound calls.
• Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
• Provide quality sales through live chat.
• Takes orders by obtaining and verifying information.
• Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
• Prepare and send proposals to clients based on their requirements.
Suitable Profile for This Position:
• Must have at least one year experience in handling international clients via telephone, email and live chat.
• Must be available to work 8.00 PM to 4.30 AM during Daylight Saving Time. Timing will switch to 7.00 PM to 3.30 AM when Daylight Saving ends.
