Description:
1) Looking after a team of 6-7 people handling incoming and outbound calls with experience of managing such team for a minimum of 3 years
2) Must be smart, confident and fluent in english speaking;3) Must be a trouble shooter, solution finder, energetic and ready to take challenges
4) Capable of training customer support team with the standard protocols and ensuring minimum complaints on ethical behavior from customers
5) Responsible to look after all incoming complaints on email or SMS where complaints are being ticketed and responding to customers instantly and help them in resolution of their complaints by giving them a call and similarly replying them on email / SMS
6) Reviewing online chat and ensuring that responses to customers are adequate
7) Responsible to achieve the given KPI by the management
8) Must have patience and tolerance to bear customers annoyance and respond them to satisfy their concern.
