Job Description
Main Responsibilities
· Handling all financial aid queries (e-mails, telephonic etc)
· Entering all applicant’s information on excels with due verification from the documents received. Ensure precision of information in the prepared student profiles
· Assist in updating records and compiling comparative analysis in the approved systems/data bases as per procedure. Ensure documentation completion and scrutinizing all information input
· Involvement in the Installment, Extension & Fine Waiver Process
· Assisting the team in timely arrangement of FA meetings and provision of help in preparation of required material.
· Provide assistance in updating Financial Aid data and maintaining records/ files of all paper work. Check and tally the status of Fee Cards with Financial Aid list;
· Provide files from the store and internal office to required person;
· Provide assistance as per tasks assigned by HOD/ Supervisor and ensure adherence to deadlines.
