Main Responsibilities
· Follow the daily instructions of Head cook.
· Assign and supervise essential tasks to the assistant butcher.
· Make sure that whatever he is preparing is as per set standards and according to standard Recipe Cards.
· Preparations of Meat Cuts within the time and of up most standard.
· Providing Shift wise report of Meat, cut for cooking
· Responsible for Receiving of Meat and Moving it to designated storage area in time.
· Quality and quantity check of all raw Meat products being issued to Cook and maintaining its report
· Tagging of all raw Meats in Cold Store
· Receiving of Daily Meat Cut Requirement Form from Head Cook and planning accordingly
· Reduce Wastage to a minimum
