Main Responsibilities:
• Confirming registration of participants in the course.
• Arrangement of all logistics (internal and external) for REDC programmes.
• Programme Scheduling and Making programme folders.
• Provide best possible solutions as per SOPs to the participants problems.
• Manage & Resolve all programme related issues and strong coordination with LUMS internal departments.
• Ensuring smooth and flawless programme delivery.
• Programme Closure (Evaluation and Distribution of certificates).
• Perform all the post programme activities.
• Provide assistance to participants for their travel arrangements etc.
• Hands on training required for all AV equipment in REDC.
• Arrange off-campus dinners (reservation of venue and transport/dealing with vendors)
• Multi-tasking and meeting deadlines in fast paced environment.
• Attention to accuracy details and demonstrate them accordingly
