Main Responsibilities
1. Screening resumes and placing them in relevant talent pool;
2. Posting & removing jobs at/from different advertising sources;
3. Scheduling candidates interviews, tests and presentation etc. as assigned;
4. Coordinating with departmental coordinators regarding hiring matters;
5. Providing orientation to newly hired employees;
6. Performing reference checks
7. Maintain Recruiter Sheet on daily basis;
8. Preparing and processing employee files;
9. Assisting in executing HR events
10. Responding queries/ complaints/ requests related to HR services in the best possible manner.
11. Must have a knowledge of ERP systems
12. Any other duty assigned from time to time
