Responsibilties
·Responsible for continued development and on-going maintenance of employee information, in order to maintain and update payroll records.
· Responding queries/ complaints/ requests regarding portal, HRMS, PeopleSoft HRMS, leaves and other issues from staff/ faculty members in the best possible manner.
· Verify attendance, leave adjustments and post information in PeopleSoft HRMS
· Conduct research on on-going projects
· Updated information on the latest Compensation & Benefits trends and patterns
· Identifying the Staff training needs.
· Designing and developing course content as per the training needs using best market practices.
· Posting & removing jobs at/from different advertising sources;
