Main Responsibilities:

The Officer manages the activities of the Registrar Office ensuring continuity handling of grades and all activities related to handling of grades. The main activities of the Officer will be:

  • Efficiently handling student requests for various services (Letters/forms attestations/copies of transcripts/degrees)
  • Tasks involved Printing and mailing of Semester Grades each semester/Follow-up on returned mail
  • Maintaining of Log/Matrix/Records for the services handled
  • Handling Record room in the absence of Record keeper
  • Filing of grade slips/copies of transcripts/degrees
  • Assistance in preparation of various office letters/warning letters/mailing/distribution/filing/scanning of documents
  • Data compilation of current/graduated students from Zambeel
  • Inter-departmental Assistance.
  • Assistance in Convocation Activities
  • Meeting all the deadlines for defined for the tasks.
  • Assistance to Senior Officer/Assistant Manager
