Main Responsibilities
The Officer (student services) contributes to the effective management of the Registrar Office helpdesk while ensuring continuity in its smooth day-to-day, term-to-term and year-to-year administration according to the established calendar of events, and in accordance with University policies and procedures.
· Screens all student requests, decides on the appropriate course of action
· Verifies and maintains requisite record
· Participates in the ongoing assessment of Registrar Office’s student services and quality improvement initiatives
This requires an extensive knowledge of the University policies and procedures and requires the incumbent to exercise considerable judgment, and be able to maintain strict confidentiality
The Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), established in 1985, is one of the largest universities in Pakistan.
