Job Description

Main Responsibilities

· Serves as staff resource person for OSP and is responsible to manage activities necessary to support the effective operations of OSP.

· Assist with written and verbal communication among department staff as well as faculty members with regards to queries related to external and internal funding.

· Develops and writes reports for OSP, HEC, Donor agencies and other key stakeholders.

· Assists with the preparation of department’s Quarterly Reports.

· Compilation of reports regarding the guidelines related to various funding programs for the ease of faculty members.

· Updating OSP web content via coordination with the communications department. This includes updating of upcoming events/news held by OSP as well as updating of national and international funding opportunities.

· Look for funding opportunities at an international and national level.

· Assist with project management operations, including monitoring and report writing for the funding programmes.

· Performs other related duties as assigned by senior executives.
