Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop international Marketing Plans
    • Assist in marketing plans in line with the internationalization goals and plans. Ensure alignment with all schools and stakeholders for the same
    • Prepare and implement marketing activities/campaigns to build brand image and equity in target international markets
    • Work closely with the Communications team to ensure that the international communication plan is in line with the LUMS content strategy
  2. Research:
    • In-depth research on international markets for an effective plan and execution. Well versed with the latest research tools and their application
    • Translate research results into customized execution in target countries
  3. Relationship Management
    • Manage relationships with key stakeholders in target markets:
      1. Print/Electronic media; PR agencies
      2. Schools/universities
      3. Education boards and ministries
      4. Embassies/foreign offices of target countries/regions
      5. Business sector in target countries
  4. Marketing activities and promotions; planning & execution
    • Marketing visits to school/colleges/universities in target countries
    • Open Days in target markets
    • Marketing and promotions collateral for target international markets; manage design and content for brochures, flyers, posters, reports, etc.
  5. Information database:

Maintain and update relevant databases for international marketing plans e.g. universities/schools/agencies/companies etc.

Qualification:

Bachelors/Master’s degree from an Accredited University.

Experience:

0-2 years

Knowledge:

Knowledge of marketing concepts, advertising, developing and executing campaigns, agency/media relations and client management.

Know-how of digital marketing techniques and global trends in target marketing

Travel:

Required

Work Schedule:

International marketing is a demanding commitment; and add to these the time zone differences. Work schedules will extend into late hours or weekends, depending on work requirements
