Job Description:

Lyzac International is looking for sales & support officers to handle sales and inquiry calls. Candidate will be handling inbound customer calls inquiring about our products from all over the world. We are an Australia based company, and expanding our business in 15 countries around the world.

Note: As we have to work as per Australia's local time therefore the timing for this job is in early Morning shift (05:00 am to 13:00 pm), so only apply if you are comfortable at this time.

 
Skills Required:
 
- Fluency in spoken English

- Computer operating, Internet browsing skills

Initially training will be provided which would include

- Handling & processing of sales orders, daily reports, POs, replying customers queries etc.

- Capability to understand and follow the procedures and flow of website.

- Dealing with the customers

Preference will be given to the candidates who have call center experience or have stayed abroad.
