* Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment.
* Coordinate with and consult other workers to design, lay out, or detail components and systems and to resolve design or other problems.
* Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed.
* Attend design reviews and related project meetings
Skills
2. Associates Degree or equivalent in Computer Aided Drafting.
3. Good working knowledge of dimensioning and geometric tolerances.
4. Strong organization and self-motivation skills are required.
5. Familiarity with Electrical Low voltage Switchgear Field.
6. Ability to change direction and handle multiple responsibilities and tasks on a regular basis.
7. Willing to put in extra effort and hours as needed.
8. Competent with computer software such as, AutoCAD, Solid Modelling, Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project)
