  2. Accounts payable and disbursements
  3. Accounts receivable and collections
  4. Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations
  5. Payrolls and related reporting requirements
  6. Sales tax preparation
  7. Income Tax preparation
  8. Audit preparation
  9. Assume other duties as needed
  10. Excellent computer skills including
  11. Above average proficiency in Excel
  12. Above average proficiency in Word
  13. Knowledge of Outlook
  14. Good verbal and written communication ability
  15. Self-motivated
  16. Highly organized
  17. Ability to work independently
