- Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior programmers.
- Design, develop and modify software systems as per client requirements with .NET 4.0 / ASP.NET / VB.NET / SQL Server 2008 / WCF Web Services / WCF and data Services.
- Conduct scientific analysis and use mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
- Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to software development methodologies and standards/procedures.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company policies and applicable laws, Lead, manage, mentor, and communicate with development resources.
- Manage work assignments and ensure coordination within the software development team for improved productivity.
- Support and assist the Manager with project planning, project definition, requirements definition, analysis, design, testing, system documentation and user training.
- All other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
- Enjoy maintaining/enhancing code to meet changing customer/industry needs.
