- Maintenance of files and records
- Preparation of documents, drafts, letters and emails
- Timely travel arrangements (visa and tickets etc)
- Provide ERP support for GM, including data extraction from different mail records.
- Inventory management of office and farm house
- Procurement of Items related to farm house, vehicles etc
- Timely payment and verification of bills
- Monitoring log books and ensuring proper use of Farm vehicles
- Timely collection of Property Rent
- Coordination with different departments
- Handling petty cash attendance management of GM staff
- Manage bank accounts and property accounts
- Resolving problematic cases and special tasks assigned by GM
- Any other task assigned by management.
