Principal

  • Maintain close and healthy relationship with assigned Principals (frequent calls / Skype / etc.)
  • Explore industry and customer websites to keep up-to-date on new product developments and new product pricing.
  • Establish new contracts and renew existing ones, negotiate price & discounts with principle and define Credit terms.
  • Negotiate & finalize marketing and financial support with Principal.
  • Send monthly sales funnel report to each principal before end of month.
  • Coordinate with commercial department and ensure timely deliveries, inspect products and obtain RMA number from principle’s technical support team.
  • Manage and maintain the existing stock to optimize inventory.
  • Engage and implement projects & marketing activities, such as road shows, seminars and presentation etc. in order to help drive sales and extend brand imaging.
  • Provide timely product news and information to Sales, Commercial, Management and clients.
Pre-Sales
  • Work closely with sales team to gather and analyze feedback for current and anticipated needs of the customer.
  • Assist sales/commercial team in gathering 3rd party pricing and liaising with 3rd parties, if required
  • Prepare, conduct and deliver presentations and demonstrations of assigned portfolio to new and existing customers and support sales team in tendering and bidding process.
  • Proactively develop solutions and services with sales & technical team and pitch the same to customers.
  • Provide internal sales trainings related to principal products on regular basis.
  • Cultivate and nurture leads and prospects in line with the business plan to achieve targets.
  • Support the sales teams on writing/developing proposal during engagements and by providing advice or solutions optimized to meet customer requirements.
  • Resolve all product related issues & after-sales matters in coordination with Technical, Sales and Customer Services team.
  • Keep and remain continuosly up to dated regarding product knowledge and training etc.
