- Collaborate with the architect, software analysts, software engineers and Quality Assurance Executives in order to determine the software's technical direction, system design and implementation plan.
- Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior programmers.
- Design software systems as per client requirements with .NET 4.0 / ASP.NET / VB.NET / SQL Server 2008 / WCF Web Services / WCF and data Services.
- Direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
- Manage day-to-day activities of the all software team to ensure each project remains on schedule and on budget.
- Create, maintain and track project plans and schedules, cost estimates and problem logs throughout the life of the project.
- Provide routine status reports to clients and top management of the company.
- Lead, guide and motivate developers and programmers while resolving internal conflicts.
- Allocate company resources, conduct software team meetings, troubleshoot technical issues, and facilitate the deployment of software upgrades.
- Ensure adherence to software development methodologies and standards/procedures.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company policies and applicable laws.
- Identifying the training needs and ensure that they are addressed timely.
- Proficiency with software programing languages like MVC 5, .NET 4.0 / ASP.NET / VB.NET.
