Job Requirements:

· Installation, Maintenance and Upgrading of Equipment.

· Configuration and programming of Alcatel/Siemens/Avaya/Nortel PABX.

· Knowledge of Alcatel/Siemens/Avaya/Nortel ISDN and Call Centre systems.

· Knowledge of best practice Standards pertaining to PABX installation and maintenance.

· A strong background in IP based Technology with specialized skills in IPT.

· Understanding of IP numbering, Understanding of SIP, VoIP protocols, Unified Communication etc.

Job Description:

· Conduct external surveys regarding client requirements as per received HLD from PMD (Presales Team).

· Visit deployment site, Install and commission equipment.

· Obtain Service Request from Client, perform troubleshooting and ensure preventive maintenance.

· Integration of servers, configuration, RAID implementation & OS installation as per requirement of external customer.

· Handle customer complaints efficiently and resolve them in the shortest possible time by diagnosing and troubleshooting.

· Installation & Configuration of Access Points for internal users.

· Troubleshoot, rectify and resolve all complaints of makkays offices.

· Remote Support to distant offices.

· Upgrade Software according to the internal client requirements.

· Obtain Server, data, email, public folders Backups.

· Provide hardware support if required.

· Timely solve day to day network/IT tasks and queries.

· Verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.

· Monitoring Server Performance & NMS monitoring.
