This is a hybrid position entailing work of office assistant / secretary / co-ordinator/clerical support/reception.

The person should be self motivated with a desire to grow.

The right person will grow with the job on fast track and will also get opportunities for training and development.

The person should have presentable business demeanor, computer skills, excellent verbal communication, basic proficiency in English speaking is also desirable.

However, the person should have sufficient reading and writing skills in English to accomplish day to day work.

This is a career oriented position and the selected person will become part of a growing law firm with energetic and highly skilled team.

Skills

Computer literate. Basic typing. Office management and coordination (including maintaining schedule, receiving calls, receiving and seating guests, follow up on payments, basic banking duties such as cheque deposits and bill payments, maintaining files, managing library and subscriptions and managing staff).
