The Opportunity:
As Manager Finance/Asst Manager Finance you will report directly to the CFO and be
responsible for all financial matters, including but limited to developing strategies and long-range plans, preparing financial reports and developing financial procedures, according to organizational objectives.

Qualification:
Maintaining Invoice Record Register
Entry of Invoices in Relevant Ledgers.
Entry of Claims in Relevant Ledgers.
Trial Balance
Expense Budget
Self Correspondence and corporate Drafting Exposure
Collection and Recovery Follow-ups with timely email contacts
Debt and Credit Account Reconciliation
Maintaining Cash and Cheque In-Out Ledger.
Preparation of Salaries Claims
Preparation of Petty Cash Claims.
Recording Daily Office Expenses.
Salaries record.
Deposit slip & scanning and mailing.
Bank reconciliation.
Claims reconciliation with companies.
Documentation of All claims, expenses, invoices and other relevant
document.
Visit bank for cash and check deposit purpose.
Preparing other Finance Related Reports.
Preparing reporting packs for monthly/quarterly/annual reporting.
Preparing management reports.

To protect company’s finances / assets by designing and implementing strong
Internal control system, policies making and risk management.
Ensuring financial management by dealing with the Banks.
To provide guideline in respect with Tax matters to comply with tax acts and
company’s ordinance.
To define information system strategies in contrast to company future requirement
Provide strategic analysis to CFO, to facilitate business decisions.
Ensure quality, accuracy and timeliness of the month-end closing, management
reports, tax issues handling, GL accounts and forecasting.
Provide financial /analytical support for key business decisions
Ensure an effective internal control environment, compliance with policies, and
provide support for regular internal and external audits
