Job Type: Three Years Renewable Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and implement financial and procurement monitoring mechanisms, that fit into broader M&E mechanism to be used by MER staff and consultants in the field.
- Review financial processes of Partner Organization on a regular basis through individual or team based field visits and to visits of partner organization head office staff.
- Train MER team members to be able to identify key gaps and challenges in processes and financial data.
- Assist to ensure consolidation of organization monitoring mechanism
- Support the regular sharing of M&E findings with other members of MER unit, project staff, partners and other stakeholders.
- Input into overall organization quarterly and annual reports; support M&E implementation and work towards achieving overall goals of MER unit.
- Undertake any other actions as assigned by the unit head.
