The Manager HR will be joining a dynamic and vast group from the industry of Supply chain and logistics comprising of workforce over 1000 employees located across the country.
The Manager HR will be responsible for business enhancement by aligning personal objectives with corporate objectives and fostering an environment of mutual benefits.
Manager HR will be responsible for developing and continuous improvement in all HR related areas ranging from recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, Training and developments, employee relations and industrial affairs, organizational development and performance management.
Successful execution of performance appraisals, Job Analysis and other HR activities will be needed timely as required to be functioned by Manager HR.
The manager will develop a high performance culture to utilize existing performance frameworks, assessment tools and provide guidelines on setting procedures of performance management system.
Providing professional advice, guidance and counseling on matters pertaining to HR Policies & Procedures as well as providing constant feedback to relevant HR Functions in order to maintain best HR practices in the group.
Effectively handling the channels of communication and giving consultation to management and employees for ensuring that employees issues are timely and amicably resolved.
Responsible for developing policies and making better plans for compensation & Benefits related matters, policies, SOPs, Methods and HR Development forms related to company's business environment.
